Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes of purchase. Open your order status page (the tracking link in your confirmation email) and click the Cancel button, which is available for 30 minutes after you place your order. After that, we may be unable to cancel because your order will already be in processing.
What is the USA Only collection?
Products in our USA Only collection are fulfilled by U.S. shipping partners and ship only to addresses within the United States. They may arrive in a separate package from other items in your order. Shipping rates and delivery times for these products are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@arkawits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. You do not need to ship the item back. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement after verification. Lost packages are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
Change-of-mind purchases and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds. If your package is marked "Delivered" but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days to the United States and Europe. Products in our USA Only collection ship from U.S. partners, and their delivery times are shown at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all products outside our USA Only collection. Shipping for USA Only products is calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are not included in the price (see our Shipping Policy).
